Introduction
The insurance company sector has professionalised rapidly over the last years and since it values its reputation towards its customers, it has developed a code for providing proper information towards its customers on the products sold. The code describes the points of attention which an insurance company minimally has to consider in the information and the advice towards its customers.

Who are we?
EuroFinance is an insurance company established on 1 October 2004 which assists private clients and companies in concluding insurances and mortgages.

What do we do?
1 • General
   Based on the nature of our work, we have the disposal of your private information. According to the Dutch Law      on the Protection of Private Data, we will not disclose this information to third parties without your permission.
2 • Specific
    - We advise you in searching and concluding the desired product;
    - We screen and verify the insurance policy and the premium that insurance companies charges you;
    - During an insurance period you can ask for additional information and submit changes in the insurance policy;
    - In case of damage, we’ll advice you on the procedures;
    - We handle an Execution Only relation regarding investments.

What do we expect from you?
• That you provide us with the correct information.  This is to the interest of you. In case you have provided             incorrect information, an insurance company is legally entitled to not reimburse you on the basis of the insurance     conditions.
• That in case of changes of the insured matters you notify us or the insurance company immediately.
• That you check the documents you receive. Especially information or changes provided over the telephone, but        also through other means, can create misunderstandings. Has the data been transferred correctly? If something is   unclear or incorrect, please contact us so we can have it changed immediately.
• That you are responsible for your decision to purchase.

Opening hours
Our office is open on working days from 09:00 Am to 17:30 PM
• Our consultants also make appointments in the evening hours.

Payment of premium
We offer a variety of methods to pay the insurance premium. Our general rue however is that the premium is being cashed directly by the insurance companies.

Our relationship with the insurance companies
EuroFinance is completely independent. This means that we have total freedom in advising any of the products of the insurances companies with which we have an agency or a sub agency. None of our stocks are the property of an insurance company or a bank.

How do we get funded?
From the companies with which you have concluded contracts for services, we receive an allowance for expenses. This allowance is part of the premium they charge you. In the case they provide extra services to you we may charge you those directly. In this case we will always inform you beforehand.

Our office is registered at the SER (Social Economic
Advisory Board of the Netherlands) with number 1068447 B.     Registration is a legal obligation to enable companies to mediate in insurances.
• Our office is registered at the Chamber of Commerce in the Netherlands with number 09143162.
• Our office is registered at the Institute of Complaints regarding Insurances in the Netherlands with number             20024050.
Our office is registered at the Authority on Financial Markets (AFM) with number 51475AFM.
• We have a profession’s liability insurance with number BAV12178
• Our WFD licence number is 12003033.

Termination of contract

You are entitled to withdraw from the relationship with our office at any given time. You can ask the insurance company involved to transfer the ongoing insurances to the mediator of your choice. We can also take the initiative to terminate our relationship with you.  Despite the foregoing, existing insurance contracts shall continue

Complaints?
In case you have a complaint on our services, our way of working or on a possible lack of information from our side, please inform the Board of Directors immediately. After receiving your complaint we will contact you immediately. All complaints are being handled directly by  our board of Directors.
